Starting 2011/2/8, a new “Customer Investment Profile” questionnaire is available to customers. The purpose of this investment profile form is to better understand your risk profile and general attitude toward investment risk. Please contact your Customer Relationship Manager or visit our branch nearby for completing this questionnaire.

For your own right awareness, the Authority has passed the regulation since September 3rd, 2010, that customer should be informed, prior to making subscription and after subscription should there be any variation, the related marketing revenues and expenses the Distributor(the Bank) receives from selling Mutual Fund product. This new regulation comes into force from August 1st,2011.  The Bank is given a reasonable time for system development  to comply with this new regulation, in the meantime, marketing revenues and expenses by asset categories of individual fund provider needs to be placed on the web site and made available to the public.

Effective from 2011/3/2, early repayment for term loan products will be served at our branch premises. Early repayment service via Internet Banking platform is available exclusively for revolving loans (including Mortgage A++ and Revolving Personal Loan and any other Revolving Loans).
